<p>The proliferation of nuisance phone calls has become increasingly problematic, particularly with scammers employing caller ID spoofing to deceive recipients into thinking the call is from a familiar source. In response, MyNumberBlocker offers a targeted approach to mitigate this issue by blocking calls originating from numbers sharing the same prefix as your own.</p>

<p>Users can simply input their phone number into the application, which then automatically filters out all incoming calls with matching initial digits. This method seeks to reduce unwanted interruptions from telemarketers and malicious actors employing tactics designed to bypass traditional blocking techniques.</p>

<li>MyNumberBlocker requests access to your contacts solely to prevent the app from unintentionally blocking calls from your existing contacts sharing the same prefix. It does not transmit or communicate contact information to external servers.</li>
